The sizing the brand Moncler uses can be very confusing, especially for a person looking to buy his or hers first Moncler item.
So.. Which size should you really buy?
Firstly, you should know that Moncler uses numerical sizes, with the smallest size being 00 (rarely found) and the biggest size being 7. To make it even more confusing, this style of size labeling only applies to jackets and coats and not polos and hoodies. Please note that cardigans also doesn't use this style of numerical sizing, even though they typically are seen as a jacket.
The Maglia range uses normal sizing, Small-XXXLarge. That is all hoodies, cardigans, polos and T-shirts. HOWEVER the items from this Maglia range tends to fit very small and we often recommend to size up in these. In most cases we recommend to take one size bigger than your normal size, but sometimes we even recommend to take two sizes bigger.
Newer season models tend to fit more true-to-size than older season models, however, they still fit a bit smaller than usual.
The following sizing guide is what we personally believe translate Moncler's numerical sizing to standard European sizing.
- SIZE 00 - Size XXS

Some models, for example the Gui vest, the Acorus down jacket and the Daniel jacket fits a little bit smaller than listed, we usually say half a size down than listed above.
